     100 Double Unders
          30 Pushups
     75 Wall Balls
          30 Pushups
     50 Burpees
          30 Pushups
     For Time:
Is Crossfit a Cult??  Yes, but a good one. Nice job today guys and gals keep up your continual hard work. It’s impossible not to get good at this stuff if you stay consistent. Those of you who have been crossfiting for a while can attest to that. 

Announcement  - Starting Feb. 1st, Saturdays are no longer free at FTP…   we will now  charge $5 (non-members) to workout with us on that day.  First-timers still get to try us out for free one time, regardless of the day of the week.   ALL proceeds will go to our “Equipment Fund” so we have more kick ass toys at CrossFit.
