Kenton,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for the past three days. It felt fantastic to be in a box with an atmosphere of aggressive intensity and relaxed friendliness. Having a coach available to warm me up, and then encourage and coach me made a huge difference in my performance. I Love the atmosphere of your box and look forward to coming back and seeing the growth and participating once again. Thanks again for the free workouts this week, and for beating me down in style.

Thanks for the WOD today! (Sat 7/24). Definately beat me up to say the least! Nice to meet you and some of your team. While NWCF kicks my ass on a daily basis its nice to get a fresh and different perspective. Don’t let Theresa forget my camo shirt!
